— Who we are —
A marketing house for writers, built by people who read.
Author Brand Builder started in a Brooklyn back room with a stack of self-published novels and one stubborn question: why do good books quietly disappear?
The answer wasn't writing. It was reach. Authors were being sold marketing as if it were one thing, when it is really seven — Amazon, Goodreads, video, audio, community, social, and search. So we built a house with one specialist per discipline and a rule against bundling for the sake of revenue.
Today we work with a small number of authors per genre at a time, by design. It keeps our attention whole and our work honest. If we cannot move the needle for a particular title, we say so before we take the brief.

How we work.
01
Brief, not pitch
We listen for the book first and the goal second. Tactics come last.
02
Scoped proposals
Fixed-fee deliverables, written before any money moves. No surprise hours.
03
One specialist per lever
An Amazon person who only does Amazon. A trailer team that only makes trailers.
04
Honest reporting
Monthly updates with what changed, what worked, and what we'd do differently.
